Kiwami (meaning 'supreme') is a blended Japanese whisky from Chugoku Jozo who mature their whiskies in a 361 metre long tunnel rather than a warehouse. It has a long proportion of malted barley that brings toasty notes. Made with 3 malt and grain whiskies and aged 3 years in oak casks, it shows walnut and spices aromas in the nose and white pepper in the mouth. ABV: 40%
